At Firma Flavors, we work hard to ensure your seasoning blends arrive fresh, fast, and ready to flavor your next dish. This Shipping Policy outlines the processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations for all orders placed on www.firmaflavors.com.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST are processed the next business day.
  • Tracking number emailed after shipment.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) via UPS 2-Day or FedEx Express.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Free Shipping Offers

Free standard shipping may be offered above a certain order value. Active promotions will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking links are emailed once your order ships. Activation may take up to 24h. If no tracking information after 5 business days, contact us with subject line: Tracking Not Received – Order #[Order Number].

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure address details are correct before checkout. Firma Flavors is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If a package is marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or your local carrier. If still missing, email hello@firmaflavors.com with subject line: Missing Package – Order #[Order Number]. Courtesy replacements or credits may be offered at our discretion.
