Firma means “the farm” in Tunisian dialect, and for us, it’s where food became more than food.
We grew up harvesting olives with our grandfather, eating meals made from the same land we played on. That’s where flavor began to mean memory, honesty, and care.
Today, Firma is still a family-run brand rooted in Tunisia, where every bottle reflects the land, the people, and the story behind it.
