Our Story
It all began with our grandfather, Abdelkader, or “Gaddour,” a passionate farmer in Jemmel, Monastir, who grew olives on 2,000 trees, raised chickens, and sold freshly pressed olive oil and butchered chicken at the local farmers market. He always said, “Nothing compares to selling what you make.” Our parents, Hayet and Habib, carried on his legacy, combining Mom’s hands-on experience from years at the farmers market with Grandpa and Dad’s expertise as a chemical engineer and MBA. In 1997, they launched our family’s olive oil production business, spending countless harvest seasons working tirelessly on the farm and at the mill. Now, as siblings Dorra and Hamdi, we’re proud to take the reins of the family business. Honoring Grandpa’s vision and the rich traditions of our “Firma” (Tunisian for “farm”), we’ve expanded into bottling to share our love for high-quality, authentic olive oil with the world. This is more than a business—it’s our family’s story, rooted in the land and inspired by generations of dedication.
